VeggieGap is an early-stage venture focused on developing nutrient-dense, plant-based food solutions that support long-term health through everyday nutrition and habit integration.

We are currently looking to collaborate with companies working with plant-based ingredients derived from rescued or underutilized crops, with a strong focus on nutrient preservation and sustainability.

We are particularly interested in partners who:

  • Work with upcycled or surplus agricultural products (e.g. vegetable greens, imperfect produce, by-products)

  • Use technologies such as deep freezing, freeze-drying, or gentle drying methods to preserve nutritional quality

  • Follow clean-label principles and minimize processing

  • Are interested in contributing to circular food systems and reducing food waste

The goal of this collaboration is to explore the development of functional food products that combine high nutritional value with real-life usability, while improving resource efficiency across the food chain.

We are open to different forms of collaboration, including ingredient sourcing, co-development, pilot testing, and long-term partnerships.
