Seeking a Co-Founder for Figamor - a climate-resilient, natural fig-based food venture

My dream co-founder would bring expertise in at least ONE of the following: commercial sales of food products, food manufacturing, shelf life testing, sustainable packaging, operations, logistics, sourcing from Agri-producers or supply chain development.

Ideally, they would have experience taking food products from concept to scale and understand the practical challenges of sourcing, production, quality, packaging, distribution, and commercialization.

Just as importantly, I would look for someone who shares similar values, is resilient, curious, and willing to learn. Building a startup is challenging, and I believe trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to the mission are as important as technical skills. A bonus would be someone fluent in both English & Spanish, as Figamor is based in Barcelona, Spain.

I am from the U.S. originally, and based in Barcelona for the past 10+ years. My dream is to scale Figamor from Barcelona to Europe and the U.S.

I have already developed several initial products and validated the concept through market testing. While I bring experience in sustainability, business strategy, finance, partnerships, and venture development, I would value a co-founder who can help scale sourcing and production, strengthen operations, and help to accelerate growth.
