They rely on manual data entry or complex, expensive ERPs that fail to capture real-time shop-floor dynamics. This disconnect leads to severe human errors, stressful compliance audits (IFS, BRC, ISO), and ultimately, massive food waste and costly 'blind' product recalls.

The Solution: LDM360-TraceAuditReady is a hybrid Edge IoT and B2B SaaS ecosystem built specifically for food factory production lines. By deploying rugged, IP65-rated industrial IoT sensors directly on the manufacturing lines, we automate data collection without human intervention.

Our Innovation (Surgical Recalls): Our proprietary Time-Window Traceability algorithm dynamically links raw materials to the final product and pallet. We know exactly WHAT and WHEN went into every single box. This unprecedented precision enables "Surgical Recalls"—instead of quarantining a whole shift's production during a quality crisis, factories can isolate only the affected boxes. Combined with our Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing) software architecture, we proactively block human errors and automatically generate zero-prep "Audit-Ready" PDF reports.

Current Stage: Our MVP (Edge hardware, Poka-Yoke logic, and Cloud ERP integration) is 100% functional and tested (TRL 4). As a Tech Founder with 27 years of food industry expertise as a Factory Director and Quality Consultant, I have built the technology to solve a problem I know intimately.

What I am looking for: I am seeking a highly motivated Business Co-Founder / Commercial Lead to drive our Go-To-Market strategy. The ideal partner has strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, financial modeling, and securing factory pilots. Your mission will be to take full commercial ownership, implement our B2B pricing strategy, and spearhead investor relations, while I focus entirely on scaling the technology. I have zero ego about titles; I will build the engine, you will drive.
