Agrifood Supply Chain Traceability Platform - Seeking Commercial Co-Founder or Pilot Partner
Founder & Data Architect - Agrifood Traceability Platform
Warsaw, Poland
About
European food manufacturers and commodity importers are facing growing pressure to prove where their food comes from. EU deforestation regulation (EUDR) and due diligence requirements are making farm-level origin proof a commercial necessity, not a nice-to-have.
I have built the technical infrastructure to deliver this. Every farm activity, input application, harvest event, and broker commitment is captured as an immutable, timestamped record. A buyer in Germany can trace a commodity back to the specific plot, the farmer, the seed variety, and the inputs used.
The platform is built and ready for pilot deployment. What I am looking for is one of the following:
-
A commercial co-founder with European agrifood, procurement, or commodity trading experience who can lead go-to-market and open the first buyer relationships
-
A food manufacturer or commodity importer willing to run a traceability pilot against a real supply chain
-
An agrifood industry advisor who can help validate and shape the commercial model
If you work in European agrifood procurement, commodity trading, or food manufacturing compliance, I would like to talk.
