I am a business builder and growth leader with more than 30 years of international experience across food, nutrition, consumer goods, and financial services. Throughout my career, I have held senior leadership positions, including General Manager and Managing Director roles with global organizations such as Heinz, Glanbia Performance Nutrition, and Pernod Ricard.

My expertise lies in transforming opportunities into scalable businesses through strong commercial strategy, market access, go-to-market execution, and operational excellence. I have successfully launched businesses, entered new markets, built high-performing teams, and delivered sustainable growth across multiple industries and geographies.

I joined TeamUp because I believe that many promising technologies fail to achieve their full potential not due to limitations in science or innovation, but because they lack the right business model, commercialization strategy, market validation, or execution capabilities.
