FARM AND AGRITOURISM OWNER
Tenuta La Serra

I am the owner of Tenuta La Serra rural tourism farm and the second partner in this project. Our cuisine is traditional Piedmontese paired with our wines
I am 39 years old and have always worked in the family farm, where for more than 3 generations we have been producing DOC wines from typical grape varieties, such as Freisa, Barbera, Bonarda and Malvasia. We target the HoReCa market and direct sales to the final consumer.
In 2010, I acquired a degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Turin and later the Onav wine tasting license. In 2020, I started my own agritourism farm, Tenuta La Serra. Today I’m the restaurant and hospitality manager and the head chef manager. I’m also the educational coordinator at La Serra educational farm.
