Dārza Spritz – Sustainable Garden Drinks for Tourism

About

Herbsts Cidery is a small craft cidery from Latvia, creating sustainable, non-alcoholic drinks inspired by local orchards and wild gardens.
Through the TASTE programme, we are developing Dārza Spritz – Sustainable Garden Drinks for Tourism, combining traditional fermentation, design, and storytelling.

Our goal is to bring the calm and purity of the Baltic garden to a wider European audience — connecting taste, nature, and culture.
Additional funding will help us take Dārza Spritz to Europe by building collaborations with other TASTE participants:
together, we will co-create regional Garden Spritz variations using local fruits and herbs unique to each region, share knowledge on sustainable beverage production, and organize cross-border tasting events.

By blending creativity and sustainability, Dārza Spritz aims to inspire a new category of eco-friendly drinks that celebrate the diversity of Europe’s gardens.
