The main challenges to be faced during the execution of the project are the following. On the one side, the definition of a rating scheme is the key, but quite challenging. Such scheme has to be clear, simple, attractive, while robust and technically correct. On the other side, the scheme implemented in the digital tool, has to engage the visitor to reflect and get educated. So, technical and communicative challenges will be the key for the usability and the project objectives achievements.

With possible additional funding, the project expansion could improve the tool itself, adding a more robust science-based set of indicators and rating, thanks to a set of validation acctivities. Moreover, could secure the replicability evaluation, considering further application fields within the food and tourism sector, evaluating, for example, other specificities of the field operators.
