About

Our main challenge is to connect local chefs, winemakers, and farmers into a unified and sustainable culinary ecosystem.
Building coordination, ensuring consistent quality, and introducing green mobility and zero-waste practices in a mountain environment require both training and behavioural change.

With additional support from TASTE, we could scale up Wild.Green.Magic. Culinary Experience beyond Slovenia, developing joint activities with other European destinations.
Together with international partners, we aim to co-create training modules and shared marketing tools that promote sustainable gastronomy, local sourcing, and green mobility across Europe.
