Global3CCS® is an Industrial Connected 4.0 consulting cluster, which empowers companies and organizations through technologies and training schemes. We help them identify their challenges and needs through detailed analysis and suggest corrective actions and solutions.

These solution proposals are presented in the form of initiatives and projects ranging from short to long term. We cover all organization functions, from the core to the most peripheral. In our approach, technology comes first after identifying needs. The technologies that have been selected to solve a problem lead to suggestions on training and capacity development. Finally, we fine-tuned internal organization processes to ensure a smooth integration of a trained workforce and up-to-date methods.

The final objective is to favour the transition to a "comprehensive circular economy" of the organizations we support; we analyse and justify the cost of the impact of our proposals through the appropriate KPIs.

GLOBAL3CCS is specialized in uncovering impacts due to hidden inefficiencies, clearing up the green illusions in European subsidies through ECODESIGN3CCS, in a comparison to improve sustainable profitability, with "European digital credentials for learning", that people can easily share their learning achievements safely and digitally when applied for a job or to continue their studies or training for the transformation and improvement of the industry by providing improvements to the comfort and safety of end-users, but the highlight is that we impact in four areas key:

✔️ TECHNICAL / SCIENTIFIC Technical-Scientific Impact, since we value the ability of those who generate Innovative Technological Knowledge to impact the Economic, Social and Environmental.

✔️ ECONOMIC Economic Impact helps the "green reactivation" with a new thriving industry. Based on New Technologies that allow the construction of infrastructures and buildings with longer useful lives and prolonging their useful life, which for different reasons have shortened them, applying "deconstruction" (building without demolition or removing the minimum). With the added value of improving comfort and safety in the construction sector.

✔️ SOCIAL Social Impact because thanks to the new technologies it uses, it manages to improve the quality of life of people in its buildings and infrastructures and generates quality direct green employment (qualified and certified), with more security and better wages.

✔️ ENVIRONMENTAL Environmental Impact because the new technologies used for industrial processes lead to the reduction of waste generated and, as it is manufactured on-site, it allows the reuse of local materials: recovering and recycling, for example, plastics, infectious industrial and sanitary waste, which also favours the emergence of the circular economy.

At Global3CCS®, we also intend to contribute to two more goals related to social challenges. First, we try to reduce the problems in decision-making in ecological and innovative public purchases to fulfil efficient green subsidies, which reduce CO2 emissions. And on the other hand, we transform students into the workforce by transforming unemployment benefits into wages, by applying targeted upskilling and bringing young innovators into the world of work.

As consultants, we point out technology opportunities to our clients, also communicating the value of such integration and the related upskilling process.

To integrate emerging technology, there are several challenges. First, one needs to motivate people, essentially "market" the technology appropriately to the interested party.

We have learned that innovation must be a long-term goal. On the other hand, it is necessary to establish short-term milestones and apply an iterative strategic evaluation. We always suggest that the feasibility of using emerging technology in a new domain be reviewed periodically, ideally by an external auditor.

To achieve our objectives, we have NDAs from governments, industries and universities of the highest international level, providing the people and resources to carry out our projects. We are located in the Canary Islands, Spain.
