Ukraine and the European Union extend the Road Transport Agreement
Ukraine and the European Union have agreed to extend the Road Transport Agreement, ensuring continued liberalised freight transport between Ukraine and EU member states. The extension removes the need for bilateral transport permits, helping Ukrainian carriers maintain stable access to EU markets. The agreement also supports smoother logistics, reduces delays at borders, and strengthens Ukraine’s integration into the EU transport network amid ongoing geopolitical challenges.
