Textured (pre-cooked) corn flour with low fat content

We produce finely ground corn from granular(grain) part of corn (endosperm) which is separated from the germ and shell at the first stage of our production, which allows us to obtain the highest quality flour with very useful and high quality indicators with fat content (<1%). Production technology is based on short-term exposure to high temperatures and pressures, while retaining all the nutrients (vitamins, macro-and micronutrients). In the process of grain processing increases its nutritional value and improves digestibility by the human body.
