Wheat flour

We are looking for strong Ukrainian partners to source wheat flour for our bakery business. Our monthly intake is 200 mts of wheat flour type „650”, as per Romanian standard specification described below:

• Moisture: Max. 14%
• ash content 0,65%
• wet gluten minimum 27%
• protein content: minimum 10%
• gluten deformation index: 4-7 mm
• acidity: 2.2-2.5 degrees
• falling number: 220-300s We have buying interest for equivalent Ukrainian standard flour, at least 100 mts/month @ 285 EUR/mt, DAP Focsani, Incoterms 2010, 25 kg bags or in bulk (pneumatic silotrailer).
