This training programme is designed to help SMEs in Ukraine maximize their export opportunities by understanding and applying preferential rules of origin under the Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Convention (PEM Convention).
The focus of the training is on practical guidance for obtaining preferential origin and simplifying these procedures using available digital tools.
Participants will learn how to:
