An integrated and ready-to-use kit that provides the entire hardware and software ecosystem necessary for advanced process monitoring. Designed to guarantee seamless acquisition, real-time visualization, and optimal operational management, this solution is custom-configured to perfectly meet the project's specifications.

The package includes:

• Pooldrop Camera: High-speed industrial camera for molten pool monitoring, offering up to 1440 × 1080 px resolution and up to 480 fps in high-speed mode. Available with USB 3.0 or GigE interface depending on the variant, it features 24 VDC power supply, low-latency live streaming, OPC UA and RTSP integration, and Class 1 laser illumination to improve process visibility. Supplied with dedicated visualisation software, recording and playback software, and a cooling plate.

• Poolvision Software: Live visualization software for PoolDrop camera. Operator interface, snapshot, parameter configuration.

• Poolvision Cooling Plate, an essential thermal management system needed to protect the hardware and ensure its reliability and maximum performance, even in high-temperature industrial environments.
