About
Advanced thermal monitoring and analytics solution based on the heatcore ai platform, designed for intelligent processing of process data and real-time decision support. The system integrates advanced analytics, inference and data management capabilities, enabling process optimization and continuous improvement of operational performance.
It includes:
-
HeatCam C: Industrial LWIR thermal camera, 8-14 µm, with 384 × 240 px resolution, temperature range from -20 to 1500 °C, and 60 mK thermal sensitivity. Acquisition rate up to 25 Hz via Ethernet, with IP67 stainless steel housing and Ethernet interfaces.
-
Heatcore AI perpetual license: real-time alert based on proprietary AI model
-
Fanless AI Industrial Server: Industrial fanless server for local execution of the HeatScan platform on-machine or at line level. Configured for continuous acquisition, local thermal data processing, historization, operational diagnostics and application function management. The platform includes GPU-enabled computing capacity for inference and advanced analytics according to the project configuration. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation in industrial environments.
The entire system, therefore, does not merely passively record temperatures, but actively analyzes and processes data streams in real time. This intelligent approach ensures the immediate identification of anomalies, the proactive optimization of welding cycles, and a continuous, tangible improvement in production performance.
