About
A complete thermal monitoring and process analysis solution, designed specifically for a single industrial installation point. The system is configured to ensure continuous acquisition and real-time thermal visualization. The platform offers a wide range of operational features, including the graphical configuration of ROIs (Regions of Interest), palette and display limit management, C-scan heatmap generation, and thermal profile analysis. It also handles process metrics, configurable alarm thresholds, video recording (when enabled), and the local persistence of metrics and events. This hardware and software ecosystem has been developed to provide a robust foundation dedicated to acquisition, supervision, diagnostics, and industrial integration, fully consistent with the project's objectives.
Components included:

HeatCam X thermal camera: Industrial LWIR thermal camera with 384 × 240 px resolution and a temperature range from -20 to 900 °C, designed for continuous acquisition of process thermal data in industrial environments. The sensor represents the primary measurement element of the HeatScan system and is used for monitoring thermal distribution, generating profiles along configurable ROIs, and feeding the analysis, visualization, historization and alarm functions provided by the software platform.

Fanless AI Industrial Server: Industrial fanless server for local execution of the HeatScan platform on-machine or at line level. Configured for continuous acquisition, local thermal data processing, historization, operational diagnostics and application function management. The platform includes GPU-enabled computing capacity for inference and advanced analytics according to the project configuration. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation in industrial environments.

HeatScan Perpetual License: Perpetual Heatscan software license including real-time thermal data visualization, process metric extraction and display, and Golden Curve analysis with aggregated metrics for each welding cycle.
