• Heatcam C: Industrial LWIR thermal camera, 8-14 µm, with 384 × 240 px resolution, temperature range from -20 to 1500 °C, and 60 mK thermal sensitivity. Acquisition rate up to 25 Hz via Ethernet, with IP67 stainless steel housing and Ethernet interfaces.

• Perpetual HEATCORE software license including real-time thermal data visualization, process metric extraction and display, and Golden Curve analysis with aggregated metrics for each welding cycle, serving as a reference baseline for anomaly detection

The system automatically calculates and records the key process indicators for every single welding operation. The platform builds a statistical reference profile (the Golden Curve) based on compliant and optimal welding cycles. This dynamic benchmark makes it possible to compare each new weld against the ideal standard, promptly and automatically identifying any deviation or anomaly.
