We are looking for two things: public administrations that want to put Stelo to work on their own procedures, and partners — system integrators, consultancies and technology providers — interested in reselling and deploying our technology, particularly in markets outside Spain.

Every public procedure — a grant, a licence, a benefit, a registration — is a stack of documents someone has to open, read, check and cross-reference by hand. That manual review is where procedures stall, where errors creep in, and where expert staff spend their time instead of deciding.

Stelo.ai automates the full document chain of any administrative procedure, end to end:

• Stelo Flow — collects documents across any digital channel and tracks the file's status from submission to resolution.

• Stelo Verify — classifies every incoming document, extracts structured data, and verifies authenticity through cross-referencing and metadata analysis, detecting manipulated, reused or fraudulent files.

• Stelo Review Hub — an AI-assisted workspace that surfaces errors and missing information in real time, so the file reaches the civil servant decision-ready.

Proven use cases. We are already applying this to grant justification, automatically checking that invoices, proof of payment and supporting evidence match the terms of the award and the eligible-expense rules; and to municipal register (padrón) procedures, where identity and residence documentation must be validated at scale. The same pipeline extends to licensing, public procurement files, social benefits and any other document-driven procedure — the underlying capability is classification, extraction and fraud verification, not a single form.

Built for public sector constraints. Documents never leave the administration's own environment. The system operates as an assistant: the final decision and validation always rest with the public official. Deployable on-premise or in the administration's own cloud, with full traceability of every extraction and every check.
