Stelo.ai

Stelo.ai is a technology company that de-bureaucratizes public administration. Any administrative procedure that today depends on a human reading, checking and cross-referencing paperwork can be automated end-to-end with secure AI — without the file ever leaving the administration's own environment.

Our platform covers the full chain of any procedure:

• Stelo Flow: orchestrates the entry point, collecting documents across any digital channel and managing the file's status from submission to resolution.

• Stelo Connect: links directly to official sources to fetch original documentation automatically, removing citizen friction and eliminating forgery at source.

• Stelo Verify: classifies every incoming document, extracts structured data, and verifies authenticity through cross-referencing and metadata analysis — detecting manipulated, reused or fraudulent files.

• Stelo Review Hub: an AI-assisted workspace that flags errors and missing information in real time, so the civil servant validates rather than searches. The final decision always stays with the public official.

We are already applying this to grant justification — automatically checking that invoices, proof of payment and supporting evidence match the terms of the award and the eligible expense rules — and to municipal register (padrón) procedures, where residence and identity documentation must be validated at scale. The same pipeline applies to licensing, public procurement files, social benefits, subsidies and any other document-driven procedure: the underlying capability is classification, extraction and fraud verification, not a single form.

The result is shorter resolution times, fewer errors, less fraud, and expert staff freed from manual checking. Let us take care of the boring paperwork so the administration can focus on serving citizens.
