About
ASELSAN is seeking consortium partners for Horizon Europe Cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society” – 2026 calls, with a specific focus on
HORIZON-CL3-2026-02-CS-ECCC-03: Advanced cryptographic schemes and high-assurance, high-speed cryptographic implementations.
ASELSAN has strong expertise in advanced cryptographic algorithm design and high-assurance cryptographic systems, supported by a dedicated cryptography team composed of PhD-level researchers in applied mathematics and cryptography. The team combines academic research excellence with applied R&D, addressing real-world security requirements for critical and mission-oriented systems.
Core competencies include:

Symmetric and asymmetric cryptography

Cryptanalysis and security evaluation

Side-channel attack analysis and countermeasure design

Cryptographic protocol design and secure system architectures
Within the scope of the ECCC-03 call, ASELSAN can contribute as a research and technology development partner, Work Package contributor or co-leader, particularly in activities related to:

Design of quantum-resistant cryptographic architectures for embedded and hardware-based systems

Development and optimisation of lattice-based, hash-based and multivariate cryptographic schemes
-
High-assurance and high-speed implementation of advanced cryptographic algorithms on embedded platforms and hardware accelerators

Evaluation, robustness analysis and assurance of cryptographic implementations against advanced attack models
ASELSAN is interested in collaborating with research organisations, universities, industrial partners, SMEs and end-users to jointly develop secure, high-performance and future-proof cryptographic solutions aligned with European cybersecurity and civil security priorities.
