ASELSAN is seeking partners to form or join a consortium under Horizon Europe Cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society” – 2026 calls, with a specific focus on ECCC-related topics addressing security in software and hardware development and assessment.
ASELSAN brings strong expertise in secure hardware–software co-design, cryptographic system development, post-quantum cryptography (PQC), hardware roots of trust, and system-level security assurance. The organisation has proven experience in designing tamper-resistant hardware platforms, secure embedded systems, and PQC-enabled cryptographic accelerators aligned with the needs of critical infrastructures and cyber-resilient systems.
Within the scope of HORIZON-CL3-2026-02-CS-ECCC-01, ASELSAN can contribute as a technology provider, development partner, and Work Package contributor or co-leader, particularly in activities related to:
-
Secure-by-design hardware and hardware–software co-development methodologies
-
PQC-enabled secure hardware reference architectures
-
Security assessment and evaluation, including resistance to physical and side-channel attacks
-
Prototyping, validation, and integration of secure hardware platforms
ASELSAN is interested in collaborating with research organisations, universities, industrial partners, SMEs, and end-users to jointly develop high-assurance, future-proof security solutions aligned with European cybersecurity and civil security priorities.
