We propose developing an integrated data and analytics platform that supports authorities and critical infrastructure operators in assessing the safety, security, and resilience impacts of green technologies in urban and peri‑urban areas.

1. Unified Data Integration Layer
We will combine diverse datasets relevant to green‑transition infrastructures, including:

• Energy grid status and outage logs

• Infrastructure performance, maintenance and fault history

• Environmental and climate data

• Population density and mobility patterns

• Urban development and green‑technology deployment records

This unified platform enables a holistic understanding of interdependencies and emerging risks.

2. AI/ML‑Based Risk Scoring Engine
Using integrated datasets, we will build machine‑learning models to:

• Identify new or evolving security risks linked to green technologies

• Detect anomalies, failure patterns, and cascading effects between legacy and new systems

• Produce dynamic risk scores, resilience indicators, and predictive insights for authorities and operators
