About
We propose the development of a mobile application designed to enhance coordination and operational resilience during incident simulations and post-incident processes. The solution will:
-
Bring relevant stakeholders together in real time during simulated or real incident conditions.
-
Enable task assignment, monitoring, and completion tracking, supporting structured coordination under stress.
-
Display the real-time location and status of critical assets, equipment, vehicles, and key facilities, improving situational awareness.
-
Facilitate secure data collection during and after incidents to support investigations, reporting, and learning loops.
While not intended as a full stress‑testing engine on its own, this application complements stress test exercises by providing an operational layer that enhances scenario execution, response coordination, and post-incident analysis, directly contributing to improved resilience protocols and operational procedures.
