Destemmed and gently pressed grapes, few days skin contact.
Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats, bottling and refermenting on its lees for 36 months.

Delicate and fine perlage, pale yellow colour.
Fresh aromas of hay and bread crust, with hints of honey.
Equilibrate nuts and halmond flavors, with nice acidity and freshness.
