Average production per hectare 45hl. Harvest in late september, careful grapes selection, destemming and gently pressing.
About 20 days skin contact, fermentation in stainless steel vats, about 24 months aging in large oak barrels/tonneaux.
Aging for 2+ years in bottle.

Intense ruby colour.
Rich red and black fruits aromas, with nice toasted and balsamic hints.
Armonic and full flavor, with medium+ acidity and spicy final.
