Circular gas valorization pilots: AI-designed capture, purification and storage for local industrial waste streams
About
Planck Technologies is looking for partners and consortia to co-develop circular energy integration projects that valorize local waste gas streams (biogas, industrial CO₂, syngas, process off-gases) using advanced materials and smart gas handling systems. Our AI-driven computational chemistry and system modelling platform evaluates porous materials and optimizes industrial processes for gas capture, purification and storage, enabling efficient, low-carbon use of local resources.
Within RIVCircular, we seek broad cooperation with:

Industrial sites and utilities providing real waste gas streams and use cases for on-site circular energy solutions.

Technology providers and engineering companies for process design, prototyping and integration of adsorption units and storage systems.

Research organizations contributing experimental validation, characterization and scale-up of promising materials and configurations.

Regional authorities, clusters and innovation agencies interested in demonstrator projects that support circular economy strategies and industrial decarbonization.
Together, we aim to design and implement pilots that recover value from waste gases, reduce emissions, and improve industrial energy efficiency across participating regions. Cooperation can range from early-stage feasibility and concept design to pilot deployment, testing in real operating conditions, data collection and joint dissemination of results, including support for cascade funding applications and follow-up projects in the RIVCircular network.
