I offer my experience in applied educational research, specializing in methodological innovation and knowledge transfer, to academic consortia, networks of excellence, and mobility programs. My profile combines leadership in competitive projects, mobility grants, and experience in managing transnational academic cooperation.

Receiving the Fulbright scholarship is a significant milestone in my career, having enabled me to conduct research stays at leading US institutions, resulting in scientific output published in journals indexed in the Journal Citation Reports.

I have directed and coordinated numerous competitive projects that demonstrate my capacity for:

- Comprehensive management of projects funded by the Valencian Regional Government in the field of educational research.

- Leadership of teaching innovation initiatives in inter-university collaboration (University of Valencia and Jaume I University).

- Leadership of the MUAMI group, focused on generating empirical evidence on active methodologies through mixed-methods designs, rigorous analysis of large datasets, and narratives.

My participation in international projects would contribute:

1. Bidirectional knowledge transfer: Ability to build bridges between European and Ibero-American educational contexts, with publications in high-impact journals that guarantee international visibility of the results.

2. Mobility supervision: Availability to mentor exchanges of research and teaching staff, with personalized training itineraries based on my experience during my own training and now as a tenured professor and collaborator in transnational academic networks.

3. Rigorous scientific production: Commitment to demanding methodological standards, using international databases (Web of Science, Scopus) to support theoretical frameworks and ensure the reproducibility of findings.

Availability to integrate into H2020/Europe Horizon consortia, Marie Skłodowska-Curie networks, Erasmus+ KA2 programs and other competitive calls of global scope that require leadership in educational innovation with demonstrable impact.
