UNITE Call 2 – Longivis Prevention & Healthy Ageing Study and Digital Health Platform

ongivis is one of the digital health products developed by MedHubAI / Tech Solutions Kft., focused on personalised prevention, healthy ageing and longitudinal health monitoring.

For UNITE Call 2, we aim to extend this model into eligible UNITE regions and validate it in real-world healthcare and research environments.

The study and technology framework is designed to be flexible across participating regions. Where the project budget and local conditions allow, the required measurement protocol and equipment can be deployed at the partner’s pilot site. Alternatively, hospitals, clinics and research organisations can use their existing infrastructure to perform the measurements, with pseudonymised data securely transferred to and integrated into the Longivis platform for longitudinal analysis.

Longivis provides the common digital layer for multimodal data integration, longitudinal monitoring, adherence tracking, analytics, participant dashboards and clinician-oriented summaries. Clinical and exercise decisions remain human-supervised; the platform does not provide autonomous diagnosis.

We are seeking partners across eligible UNITE regions, particularly hospitals and clinics as end-users and pilot sites; universities and research organisations for scientific and clinical validation; and partners with expertise in prevention, healthy ageing, biomarkers, real-world data, AI/ML, wearables and digital health.

Potential UNITE activities include local pilot deployment, participant recruitment, multimodal data collection, clinical and scientific validation, interoperability, longitudinal analysis and comparison of outcomes across participating regions.

Our objective is to establish a reusable European validation framework for data-driven prevention and healthy ageing, with Longivis providing the common digital and analytical layer across participating pilot sites.
