Tech Solutions Kft. is a Hungarian digital health and AI company developing scalable solutions for prevention, healthcare automation and patient engagement.

Tech Solutions Kft. is currently based in Hungary. For UNITE Call 2, we are evaluating the establishment of a regional branch or operational presence in Romania, Extremadura, Aragón or Central Macedonia. We also have an existing collaboration with maMEDS/AINIGMA from a previous UNITE project.

Our three main solution areas are:

1. Longivis – a multimodal prevention and healthy-ageing platform integrating wearable data, biomarkers, laboratory results and other real-world health data. Longivis uses AI to support personalised prevention, longitudinal monitoring and data-driven health interventions. We are particularly interested in clinical and real-world validation, wearable integration and healthy-ageing use cases.

2. Anna AI – an agentic AI platform for healthcare organisations combining RAG, conversational AI, voice and workflow automation. Anna can integrate with existing CRM, API and communication systems to support patient communication, administrative processes and healthcare professionals. Our R&D direction includes safe agentic workflows, healthcare-specific knowledge retrieval, multilingual voice AI, human-in-the-loop processes and interoperability.

3. AI Healthcare Customer Service / Contact Center – a deployable AI solution for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and healthcare service providers. It supports voice and chat interactions, appointment management, reminders, patient routing, multilingual FAQs, CRM integration and human escalation, with the objective of reducing administrative workload and pressure on healthcare staff.

Relevant experience includes a UNITE Agile collaboration with maMEDS and AINIGMA Technologies, where MedHubAI technology was integrated into a pharmacy-focused digital health pilot involving AI-based medication information and real-world testing. We are also developing prevention and longevity use cases involving wearable, laboratory and longitudinal health data.

For UNITE Call 2, we are looking for research organisations, hospitals, clinics, health systems, pharmacies and real-world testbeds interested in joint R&D and validation.

We are particularly interested in partners from Scotland, Wales, Extremadura, Central Macedonia, Lombardy, Aragón and Romania for:

• AI and agentic AI research and validation
• healthcare workforce and workflow automation
• clinical and real-world pilots
• healthy ageing and prevention
• wearables, biomarkers and real-world data
• healthcare interoperability
• cross-border validation and deployment

Our objective is to build a strong interregional consortium combining a near-market digital health solution provider, research expertise and healthcare end-users/testbeds.
