My organisation
NeroSuBianco (NSB) is a private Italian consulting company with a strong focus on innovation. For over 20 years, NSB has been supporting medium-sized and large companies in planning and managing their research and development projects and investments. Its technology scouting activity allows the client to understand and experience first-hand both the potential of the technologies available on the market and the level of technological maturity of the most innovative or still experimental solutions. Smart Agri-food is one of its main technology areas. NSB joins strategic EU projects (Horizon, INTERREG) - together with its selected use cases - to exploit results, assess the business potential (business modelling and planning) of innovative digital solutions (close to market action), design the IPR management, set up the GO to market strategy of EU R&D projects’ results, leverage on EU networks to validate and transfer R&D results.
About me
With a strong ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders, I have managed institutional relations at national and international levels, specializing in project management and communication strategies in cooperation also with the European Commission and the Ministry of Education.
I later designed and led international innovation projects for businesses, overseeing go to market strategies and multi actor engagement in digital transformation, energy efficiency, and agri-food.
My experience spans project management, go-to-market strategies, and multi-actor engagement, turning ideas into impactful innovations while strengthening communication skills.
