About
Our team has expertise in a wide range of educational technology topics, and more specifically on the application of Gamification principles in Education and eHealth context. At the moment we Coordinate AntiDop (2024-2027, a EC project with 6 EU countries) on the training of Athlete-Support-Personnel regarding nutritional supplements and antidoping rules.
Currently, we have a target on "HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-04: The impact of the use of digital tools outside school and for communication on educational outcomes and mental health" and we are looking for partners to close our consortium.
Apart from this specific call, we are open to support other teams and proposals on the HORIZON CL2 TRANSFO (for September, 2026). We can bring in expertise on Recommendation Systems (use of AI to propose highly personalized advices), Virtual/Augmented Reality applications, Serious Games on Education, Cultural Heritage and Health.
In our initiation ("From Gaming to Skills") we investigate how different types of digital leisure activities (e.g. gaming, social media, content creation) causally affect the development of cognitive, socio-emotional and digital competencies, and how these effects vary across socio-economic groups, potentially reinforcing or mitigating educational inequalities.
