Cooperation in social innovation projects

International Project Manager, Pre-Award at Fundació Sant Joan de Déu - Social Innova

About

Social Innova is the social innovation programme of the Fundació Sant Joan de Déu (FSJD), a private non-profit organisation created in 2002 with extensive experience in European projects (36 participations, 11 coordinations) under programmes such as H2020, Horizon Europe, EIT Health, ESF, Erasmus+, EU4Health, AMIF and CERV.
Our goal is to drive, test and scale innovative solutions that improve the lives of people in situations of vulnerability — including disability, migration, ageing, homelessness and domestic violence — through the services of the Sant Joan de Déu network across the territory.

We are looking to collaborate in Social Transformation projects under Horizon Europe Cluster 2 that promote more inclusive, fair and people‑centred systems.
Our approach integrates real-world evidence from social and healthcare centres with the knowledge of users and professionals, generating solutions that are applicable, scalable and aligned with European priorities.

Our key innovation areas include:

Rights:
Co-design of pathways for accessing and exercising social, digital, health and labour rights, reducing structural barriers and strengthening the participation of discriminated groups.

Care:
Community-based, integrated and person-centred models for health, mental health and social support, oriented toward dignity, autonomy and recovery.

Housing:
Development and testing of solutions that combine housing, care, rights and employment to address homelessness, displacement or violence.

Employability:
New training and support methodologies — especially in green and digital skills — that promote labour inclusion for people with disabilities, migrants, youth at risk, or individuals experiencing long-term unemployment.

We bring expertise in:

  • Co‑creation and meaningful participation

  • Real‑world environment pilots

  • Social innovation methodologies and impact evaluation

  • Transferability, scalability and systemic change

  • Coordination and management of large consortia

We are interested in joining consortia aiming to transform European systems of care, housing, inclusion, employment and citizen participation, contributing to innovative solutions that achieve sustainable social impact.

We seek to be active partners in consortia addressing the following topics:

HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-03: Tackling child poverty and ensuring disadvantaged children's access to Early Childhood Education and Care.
➝ Interest aligned with our experience in child poverty, family support and community services.

HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-04: The impact of digital tools used outside school and for communication on educational outcomes and mental health.
➝ Relevant to our work in child and youth mental health, digital literacy and well‑being.

HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-07: Fostering competences for the green transition.
➝ Contribution through inclusive learning methodologies and green skills programmes for vulnerable groups.

HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-08: Strengthened implementation of the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum with focus on inclusion, integration and health.
➝ Directly connected to our work in inclusion, health and comprehensive support for migrants.

HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-09: Rethinking long-term care policy in the face of EU demographic shifts.
➝ Complementary to our experience in long-term care models, ageing and community‑based solutions.
