I offer specialized academic expertise in sociology, backed by substantial high-level fieldwork management in Türkiye, to contribute to the comprehensive evaluation of long-term social inclusion and integration strategies for migrants and refugees.

My profile brings a unique, high-value asset to any consortium: a deep, practical understanding of long-term refugee integration (10+ years), gained in Türkiye, a country hosting approximately 3.2 million Syrians under temporary protection—one of the world's largest displaced populations. Furthermore, I have served as a Project Coordinator in a joint initiative between the UNHCR and the Ministry of Family and Social Services in Türkiye, focusing directly on Social Service Centers for asylum-seekers. This background provides me with first-hand experience in navigating complex institutional landscapes, assessing the needs of vulnerable populations, and bridging the gap between international frameworks and local social service delivery.

Grounded in advanced sociological theories, my research focuses on the biographical dimensions of integration, investigating how personal trajectories and evolving social identity formations interact with host societies' structures.

I am highly equipped to contribute to the call through:

• Methodological Rigor: Designing and executing fieldwork using advanced qualitative methods (biographical narrative interviews, case studies) and quantitative data to capture first-hand migrant experiences, attitudes, and outcomes based on the extensive field realities in Türkiye.

• Youth & Digital Dynamics: Analyzing how education, linguistic competence, and digital/social media spaces shape the socio-cultural adaptation and participation of young migrants.

• Policy & Governance Insights: Drawing on my UNHCR-Ministry project background to deliver evidence-based, actionable policy recommendations for municipalities, local authorities, and non-state actors regarding housing, social services, and long-term inclusion.

• Intersectional Analysis: Assessing how age, gender, legal status, and prolonged temporary protection intersect to influence health, education, and long-term socio-economic integration outcomes.
