Project manager at Cabril Eco Rural
Portugal
About
I am Paula Oliveira, Project Manager at Cabril Eco Rural, with 14 years of professional experience working in low-density rural territories. My work focuses on developing initiatives that intersect social inclusion, participatory democracy, non-formal education, culture, and environmental sustainability.
I am seeking to join a European project that promotes inclusion, democracy, education, culture, and environmental awareness through traditional craft practices. I strongly believe that ancestral knowledge — such as traditional crafts, vernacular construction techniques, and local rural skills — can serve as powerful contemporary tools for civic participation, social cohesion, cultural identity, and sustainable innovation.
Cabril Eco Rural operates as a living lab in a rural context, with experience in hosting international partnerships, organizing workshops and training programs, and facilitating collaborative community-based processes.
I am looking to collaborate within a consortium committed to generating meaningful impact in rural territories by combining cultural heritage, ecological transition, and inclusive community development.
