EU Project Manager & Impact Strategist at Codesign Toscana
Italy
About
Codesign Toscana is looking to join Horizon Europe Cluster 2 consortiums and connect with organisations interested in jointly developing project proposals addressing culture, democracy, social innovation, sustainability, inclusion and community engagement.
Founded in 2017, CoDesign Toscana is a multidisciplinary association dedicated to the design and facilitation of co-design processes. Inspired by the principles of the civil economy and open-source culture, we work to strengthen communities' capacity to actively participate in addressing contemporary social challenges through collaborative and creative approaches.
Our methodologies combine design thinking, participatory design, community engagement and applied social research to support public authorities, cultural organisations, civil society actors and local communities in developing innovative and inclusive solutions.
Our expertise includes:
• Co-design and participatory methodologies
• Community engagement and stakeholder involvement
• Applied social research and design research
• Social innovation and sustainability transitions
• Capacity building and collaborative learning
• Urban and territorial innovation processes
• Training, facilitation and knowledge exchange
• Communication and dissemination activities
• Design and development of European cooperation projects
Through our research, training and consulting activities, we promote the creation of knowledge, the empowerment of communities and the development of participatory approaches that strengthen democratic engagement, social cohesion and collective problem-solving.
We are particularly interested in collaborating on Cluster 2 initiatives focused on cultural participation, democracy and civic engagement, social innovation, community resilience, sustainability, inclusion, intercultural dialogue and citizen-centred approaches to societal transformation. Codesign Toscana can contribute both during proposal development and throughout project implementation as partner, task leader or work package leader.
