Co-creating cultural participation and community impact
EU Project Manager & Impact Strategist at BAM! Strategie Culturali
About
BAM! Strategie Culturali is seeking both consortiums looking for expertise in cultural participation and community engagement, and organisations interested in jointly developing New European Bauhaus (NEB) proposals.
Based in Bologna, Italy, BAM! is a cultural consultancy that works at the intersection of strategy, participation, communication and impact. Since 2009, BAM! has supported cultural institutions, museums, public authorities, festivals and networks in designing inclusive, people-centred processes that strengthen the relationship between culture, places and communities.
For NEB projects, BAM! brings extensive experience in audience research, stakeholder engagement, co-design and participatory planning, helping organisations and territories involve citizens, cultural actors and local communities in shaping meaningful and sustainable transformations. Our approach combines territorial listening, behavioural insights, facilitation and strategic communication to ensure that projects are both socially relevant and deeply rooted in local contexts.
Our areas of expertise include:
• Community engagement and participatory methodologies
• Co-creation and co-design processes with citizens and stakeholders
• Audience research, mapping and segmentation
• Communication, storytelling and cultural branding strategies
• Digital tools and formats for cultural participation and engagement
• Impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation of cultural and social value
• Facilitation of multi-stakeholder collaboration and place-based innovation processes
We are particularly interested in collaborating on NEB initiatives that explore the role of culture in fostering inclusion, sustainability, belonging, civic participation, social innovation and community-led transformation. BAM! can contribute as a project partner, task leader or work package leader, supporting both proposal development and project implementation.
