NEB Facility matchmaking 2026
Registration open until 23 Mar 2026
Welcome to the matchmaking platform for NEB Facility proposals
Are you gearing up for a project proposal in Horizon Europe's New European Bauhaus Facility? This international partnering event will help you to build your consortium for the 2026 calls.
NEB4All - the European network of NEB NCPs - invites you to participate in the onsite Matchmaking Event for the 2026 NEB Facility calls. This event complements the European Commission's NEB Facility Info Day for the 2026 calls, which takes place online on February 24.
>> IMPORTANT TO READ! <<
The platform is free of charge but registration and profile activation are mandatory. The organisers will check and validate each individual profile and only then admit you to the event. In order to be validated, you must meet certain quality criteria:
-
Provide a meaningful organisation profile in English.
-
Include at least one Project Cooperation under your Marketplace section with information in English on what expertise you are offering or looking for against the topic(s) of your interest.
-
Participation is limited to two people representing the same organisation. Please be aware of the target audience (see below).
-
Please confirm your intention to participate to the onsite event in Brussels, and select at least one matchmaking session of the agenda.
Please note that spots at the Matchmaking Event are given out on a "first come, first served" basis and are limited to 110 places. At the latest, the registration closes on March 1 (end of day).
You will receive an automatic e-mail from B2match immediately after your registration and then another e-mail from the organising team for improving your profile before getting validated if needed: please check and READ YOUR EMAILS and SPAMS.
For any question about the registration process, please check the "How it works" and "FAQ" pages.

Target audience
The networking event is targeted at anyone interested in joining consortiums in NEB Facility calls 2026, such as universities, research centres, municipalities, private companies, stakeholders engaged in R&D, etc.
NEB Facility proposals are expected to follow a participatory and transdisciplinary approach through the integration of different actors (such as public authorities, local actors from the targeted neighbourhoods, civil society, actors from the cultural and creative sectors) and disciplines (such as architecture, urban design, design, arts and crafts, (civil) engineering, health, economics, finance, social science and humanities, etc.).
Important point!
This brokerage event is looking to help coordinators and partners to further improve and develop their project idea and to find potential collaboration partners, and is not a ‘buyer – seller’ event.
The brokerage event should similarly not be used by consultants to sell their advisory services to clients. Consultants with specific expertise who wish to become partners of NEB Facility projects are welcome, provided they are able to describe and demonstrate this expertise, e.g. by providing references for previous Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe projects, or for another relevant EU programme (i.e. Life, Creative Europe, Erasmus) in which they have been involved.
