CS R&D Consultancy is an independent SME based in Türkiye with expertise in entrepreneurship, business development, internationalisation, EU-funded projects, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, exploitation and sustainability planning.

For NEB-2026-01-BUSINESS-03 – Approaches to reuse vacant, obsolete or underutilised spaces, we are interested in joining a multidisciplinary consortium as a project partner contributing to the business, exploitation and replication dimensions of the project.

Our potential contribution includes business model development, stakeholder and ecosystem mapping, exploitation and sustainability planning, market and user analysis, replication strategies, capacity building, internationalisation, dissemination and identification of follow-up European funding pathways.

We are particularly interested in cooperating with municipalities, universities, research organisations, architecture and urban design teams, social innovation actors, SMEs and organisations providing concrete pilot sites or demonstration cases.

CS R&D Consultancy is seeking a consortium where it can take responsibility for clearly defined tasks or a work package related to business models, exploitation, sustainability, replication, stakeholder engagement or internationalisation.
