At its core, Bo is an interactive database and social network that empowers small producers, whom we call Hosts, to promote their products, activities, and geographical identity. Consumers (Visitors) discover these Hosts via an interactive map, book visits and tastings, and engage through gamified experiences and content sharing.

Bo monetises through a multi-vertical business model:

• B2B2C: Commission on bookings (5%) and affiliate product links (10%), with optional promoted listings and analytics for Hosts.

• B2C: A loyalty and reward system encourages repeat usage and emotional connection with rural territories.

• B2G: SaaS licenses, dashboards, and participation in EU-funded rural development projects.
