To Pervoli tou Theodorou Ltd (PETH) is a Cyprus-based company dedicated to producing high-quality Mediterranean products, including organic extra virgin olive oil, olive-based goods, and Teo Ice Tea. Our mission is rooted in sustainability, biodiversity, and innovation, with a strong commitment to regenerative agriculture and eco-conscious production.

We manage organically certified orchards on coastal soils in Cyprus, cultivating olives, carobs, pomegranates, and aromatic and pharmaceutical plants. Our operations include a small-scale processing and packaging facility, allowing us to maintain full control over quality and traceability.

We are launching a new initiative focused on sustainable cultivation methods and are actively seeking NGOs, universities, research institutions, and organizations to collaborate on:

To Pervoli has a proven track record in European and national projects, including:

• Artolio Project (2021–2023) – Selected as one of five Cypriot producers in this €2.6M ENI CBC Med-funded initiative supporting small-scale olive oil producers.

• Agriwater (2022) – Recognized by the Agricultural Research Institute for exemplary sustainable practices.

• QuantiFarm (2023–ongoing) – Participating as a pilot farm with a multi-sensor weather station for precision agriculture.

• 3PRO-TROODOS Project (2019–2022) – Promoting proactive producer and processor networks in mountainous regions.

• Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (2025) – Host enterprise for knowledge exchange and entrepreneurship.

• Organic Interactive Energy-Saving Farm (2025) –Grande €415,000 by the European Commission for a pioneering sustainable farm concept.
