What do we need?

A digital solution that facilitates the planning and management of exhibitions in the CaixaForum and CosmoCaixa centers, adapting to the different needs and challenges that arise on a day-to-day basis.

Main challenges

Flexible planning: Organize exhibitions in different centers and galleries, taking into account venue scheduling, gallery size and constraints, which can be of different nature (related to the center, to the exhibition, general constraints...).

Budget management: Forecast and control the expenses of each exhibition, calculate costs by venue, year and day, and compare what is planned with what is actually spent.

Collaborative work: Allow different versions of the calendar and validate proposals between teams.
