Labour Market Transformations, Industry 5.0, Artificial Intelligence and Social Dialogue

I contribute research expertise on labour market transformations resulting from digitalisation and the growing use of artificial intelligence, with particular attention to the Industry 5.0 framework. My work focuses on employment structures, skills development, intergenerational dynamics, and the role of social dialogue in managing technological change. I have experience in qualitative and mixed research methods, including interviews, surveys, and comparative analysis across EU contexts. Within MSCA projects, I can contribute to conceptual framework development, empirical data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, policy-relevant outputs, and dissemination activities.
