About

I offer expertise for MSCA collaborations at the intersection of zebrafish (Danio rerio) in vivo ecotoxicology, antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and biofilm-mediated tolerance within a One Health framework. I support teams in developing robust and feasible experimental designs using environmentally relevant exposure scenarios, including pharmaceuticals and complex stressors, and I help align endpoints with clear, decision-relevant interpretation. My contribution includes refining exposure–response logic, strengthening methodological clarity and reproducibility for proposals and publications, and integrating AMR and biofilm dimensions by framing selection/tolerance hypotheses and linking biological outcomes to aquatic resistome and biofilm dynamics. I also help translate findings into outputs that speak to environmental risk assessment and AMR stewardship, including concise stakeholder-facing summaries. I am available for proposal co-writing or review, work package development, secondments, training and mentoring activities, and dissemination/impact contributions.
