Legal Expertise in Commercial Law, Sustainability & EU Compliance

I am a academic researcher working in the fields of maritime law and commercial law, with a particular interest in EU legal regulations. My academic work mainly focuses on legal issues in maritime transport, especially governance, sustainability, green transition policies, and compliance with EU rules. I am interested in how legal frameworks influence international trade and transport systems.

I am currently involved in two AB COST Actions: CA24125 – Cultural Heritage in Crisis: Transdisciplinary Assessment of Legal and Regulatory Frameworks (CRICULT) (2025–2029) and CA24119 – Cultural Property Protection for All (CPP4ALL). In these projects, I contribute to research on legal and regulatory frameworks and interdisciplinary cooperation. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work in international research networks.

Within the MSCA Staff Exchanges programme, I would like to join an interdisciplinary consortium where legal research can support policy, environmental, or technological studies. I can contribute through legal analysis, comparative research, and evaluation of regulatory and compliance systems.

I am not coordinating a proposal at the moment, but I am actively looking to join a consortium as a partner institution. I am open to cooperation with universities, research centres, public institutions, and non-academic partners involved in Horizon Europe projects. My main interests include sustainable maritime transport, EU climate and transport policies, regulatory compliance, international trade law, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I am motivated to contribute both academically and institutionally to international research cooperation under MSCA Staff Exchanges.
