AbleUp Bilişim ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. is a research-driven company based at ULUTEK Technopark in Türkiye, specialising in inclusive employment, transition to work and vocational participation of people with disabilities and additional support needs.

We combine expertise in special education, supported employment, vocational skills development, workplace inclusion and transition planning with enabling technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, digital coaching and simulation-based learning.

Our work focuses on supporting individuals throughout the employment process—from preparation for work and skills development to workplace adaptation, job coaching and sustaining employment—while also addressing the needs of employers and organisations.
