AbleUp Bilişim ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. is a research-driven company based at ULUTEK Technopark in Türkiye, specialising in inclusive employment, transition to work and vocational participation of individuals with disabilities and additional support needs.

AbleUp brings together expertise in special education, supported employment, transition planning, vocational skills development and workplace inclusion with innovative digital technologies. Our main focus is to improve the employment journey of individuals who may need structured support in preparing for work, learning job-related skills, adapting to workplace routines and sustaining employment.

We develop evidence-based solutions that respond to the needs of both individuals and employers. Our work includes job coaching, workplace training, vocational assessment, skills development, employer support, transition programmes and data-informed monitoring of employment processes.

Technology is integrated into these processes as an enabling tool. Depending on the need, we use approaches such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, immersive learning, digital coaching and simulation-based training to make learning and employment support more accessible, personalised and sustainable.

AbleUp works at the intersection of special education, inclusive employment, research, industry and technology, collaborating with universities, employers, civil society organisations and international partners.

We are interested in international collaborations related to inclusive employment, disability, special education, transition to adulthood, vocational education, accessibility, digital learning, AI, immersive technologies and social innovation, where we can contribute both our field expertise and our technology-supported approaches.
