BOSEV: Turkish Pilot, Living Lab and Stakeholder Engagement Partner for Cluster 5 Projects

BOSEV – Health, Education and Social Support Foundation is a Türkiye-based non-governmental organisation seeking to join Horizon Europe Cluster 5 consortia as a pilot implementation, stakeholder engagement, training, dissemination and exploitation partner.

BOSEV works at the intersection of health, education, social inclusion, green transition and community development. Through its close cooperation with hospitals, healthcare professionals, schools, vocational education and training providers, public authorities, SMEs and civil society organisations, BOSEV will provide access to real-life environments and diverse end-user groups for co-design, demonstration, validation and replication activities.

BOSEV’s Ankara stakeholder ecosystem includes Ortadoğu Hospitals and healthcare professionals, Mamak District Directorate of National Education and its extensive school network, Ortaköy 80th Year Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, ASES Training and Consultancy, MUSEV Foundation, ANKESOB and its affiliated chambers and enterprises, municipalities, social-support organisations, educators, learners and vulnerable communities.

BOSEV has experience in European cooperation projects involving green governance, sustainability committees, green and digital skills, vocational education, artificial intelligence in healthcare, capacity building, social inclusion, stakeholder engagement, dissemination and sustainability. Its experience includes participation and leadership responsibilities in Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe-related initiatives such as SHIFT-MED, Future of Healthcare, GS-ISIC, SKILLLABS, WORK4SKILLS and AI4VET-Guidance.

BOSEV will contribute to Cluster 5 proposals through:

• establishment and coordination of Turkish pilot and living-lab environments;
• recruitment and engagement of healthcare professionals, educators, learners, SMEs, public authorities and community representatives;
• co-design, testing and validation of climate-neutral, energy-efficient and user-centred solutions;
• training, capacity building and development of green and digital competences;
• behavioural-change, awareness-raising and citizen-engagement activities;
• inclusion of disadvantaged, older and vulnerable groups;
• communication, dissemination, exploitation, replication and sustainability planning;
• collection of user feedback, qualitative evidence and pilot-level impact data;
• facilitation of regional policy dialogue and cooperation among public, private, education, healthcare and civil-society actors.

BOSEV is particularly interested in proposals addressing climate-resilient and healthy communities, climate-neutral cities, energy-efficient buildings and public facilities, sustainable healthcare infrastructure, citizen participation in the green transition, green skills, behavioural change, clean and inclusive mobility, and the demonstration and social uptake of climate and energy innovations.

We are looking to meet experienced coordinators, universities, research organisations, technology providers, municipalities, energy and mobility stakeholders, healthcare institutions and SMEs preparing proposals under the 2026–2027 Horizon Europe Cluster 5 Work Programme. BOSEV is ready to join a consortium as the Turkish demonstration, training, community engagement, dissemination and exploitation partner.
