About

Kadifeteks produce upholstery fabrics, curtains, technical textile and transport fabrics in the center of İSTANBUL. It has an annual production capacity of 30,000,000mt. We export to more than 90 countries with the Kets brand. It is a fully integrated textile manufacturing plant including necessary equipment for production and testing with 1300 employees. We have got extensive 2 R&D Center and 1 Design Center with 74 staff. There are fully established laboratories that are capable of yarn and fabric physical testing and flame retardancy. We are currently working on the subjects of recycling yarn and fabrics, use of recycled materials, use of bio-based materials, life cycle assessment, traceability, energy efficiency, searching and developing of sustainable raw materials and chemicals and sustainable processes for water and energy saving, reducing the carbon footprint during production, wastewater reuse and waterless production.
