The end result of SOLARPULSE (see above) is scalable and can be leveraged to create innovative applications within the scope of this call. The current Technology Readiness Level of this solution is estimated to be between 5 and 6.

Below are some suggestions that either builds upon our solution or offer novel contributions:

-            We can provide AI-based energy production/consumption models specifically suited for the use-cases aimed in the project. Given the necessary data, these models not only can predict the next usage but also allow simulation-like properties by tweaking certain parameters (like the number of devices, solar panels, weather conditions etc.) to assess different scenarios

-            We can also develop AI-powered models that will suggest the optimal buy/sell strategies for the prosumers, based on their production and consumption patterns, market prices, external sources etc.

-            We can also develop a web or mobile app that will display historical and current data for the stakeholders regarding their energy production and consumption. The application will allow role-based access to users. Prosumers will be able to display device-specific or time-specific data.  The results of developed AI solutions can be displayed through this app as well. Consortium partners or managers will be able to display analytics dashboard regarding not only one building/site/grid but for everything included in the project.

We aim to satify the below scope/outcomes of the call:

-            Develop and test AI-driven forecasting algorithms that use machine learning processes to optimise the value of collective self-consumption through energy sharing for communities and citizens

-            Upscale AI tools and models for grid balancing and forecasting to ensure consumer participation in a distributed energy system
